Purposes and legal grounds

Your data is processed to answer your requests (KVKK Art. 5/2-f, legitimate interest), to send our news if you subscribe (Art. 5/1, explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time) and to keep the website secure (Art. 5/2-f).

Transfers

Your data may be shared only as far as necessary with the service providers that host the website and e-mail services, and with authorised public bodies where required by law. It is not shared with third parties for marketing.

Data is collected electronically through the forms and cookies on this website.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may request to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction or deletion, request notification of these actions to third parties, object to results arising from automated analysis and claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
